Public Sector and Government Advisory

We support governmental institutions, governments, and public-sector actors in complex matters at the intersection of politics, public administration, and public responsibility. A further core focus of our work lies in accompanying reform and transformation processes within public-sector structures. We provide support both in conceptual preparation and in practical implementation, particularly in sensitive or time-critical situations. Our objective is to safeguard decision-making capability, bring structure to processes, and ensure the effective implementation of measures while remaining mindful of institutional frameworks and constraints.

In addition, we provide strategic and responsible support in the area of institutional advocacy and lobbying. We assist in structuring political objectives, preparing decision-making processes, and identifying and coordinating relevant counterparts. In doing so, we place particular emphasis on transparency, traceability, and a fact-based, responsible approach within the political environment.

Complementing this work, we collaborate closely with embassies, diplomatic missions, and international contacts across politics, business, and culture. This network enables us to assess complex constellations of interests at both national and international levels, develop viable courses of action, and actively accompany the implementation of agreed measures. Our work is conducted independently, discreetly, and with a clear focus on feasibility and sustainable impact within the institutional context.
